Overheard in the Bushes..
1st picker of Saturday, July 31st 2010: "There's LOTS of berries out there! I just sat down and picked..." - RWB
These two ladies, who picked here last year, were not deterred at all. It was drizzling when they arrived at 9 am. "It was not raining when we left from Calgary North", they said. They reached into their car, took out their golf umbrellas and off they went. They picked until all their ice cream pails were full, in the rain.
